I read the new post about the Shop Plugin's addition and was very excited. No longer would we have to report to staff about stealing, and it would solve a lot of problems with the current shopping district.

However. I was confused by this:

Normal rules like "Don't re-sell bought items" still apply, including changing compound blocks (like diamond blocks) into their ingot equivalent, (like diamonds).

This was a bit vague, and I don't understand if this meant that iron/diamond trade was banned, or just changing ingots to blocks for an extra fee.
