As most long time players will know far too well, there is not much content once you have completed the basics of Minecraft. This can become very boring and is one of the main reasons people don't stick around much. The only issue with new content being added is that Wabbit is purely survival and minigames don't fit very well. I do think that even if we don't have minigames such as spleef and such we could add survival based minigames. I have been wanting to see something mob related for a while. A few ideas are; A wave based survival game in which teams of 1-5 have to fight of hordes of mobs which get progressively harder. This game mode is great for groups as there are different effective ways to kill certain mobs, zombies are more melee based, skeletons are a mixture of melee and archery and blazes/ghasts are easiest taken down by a bow. To add a sense of challenge to this minigame, boss's could spawn every 10th wave. Depending on how far you get you could either receive a random item or tokens to be spent at a shop. This is decided by the staff team.
The next minigame is more of a random event but perhaps a random boss could spawn throughout the map and the coords of said boss will be posted in chat with a timer to defeat the boss. The boss will have to be hard but defeatable and could drop unique items, another way to add a twist to Wabbit which will hopefully keep more people interested in playing. If people find that they are doing a lot of work killing the boss but other people are receiving the drops, you could potentially make it so who ever does the highest percentage of damage receives the drop.
This part isn't about minigames but can be linked into them. I think perhaps adding unique items to these minigames so people have a reason to play them and give them a chance. Obviously with most new things there will be discussion and some people may not enjoy the arrival of new content. Anyway, the new items could be sold when ever the SD arrives, adding a whole new dimension to the market. The new items don't have to be game breaking or overly extreme, just something new for people to work towards.

This thread is dedicated to adding new content only that has not been discussed yet so please don't ask for the shopping district as it has already been covered in a different thread.

I enjoy the thought of this idea. I would love to have a sense of adventure like this added to the server. It could help stimulate the playing community and also form a more cohesive server, with people helping each other to take out each boss.
I don't know if I've been around enough (I joined in mid 2016, only recently came back) but having a variety planned community events that could be announced via the forums and/or the [Information] chat in-server could be beneficial. I understand the time constraints of staff members and how that could play a big role in the planning and execution of events, but it would give many something to look forward too. A few ideas I have for this (with some caution towards keeping it survival) are UHC Tournaments, PvP Battles, Survival Build Contests (I'm pretty sure those were already a thing though), and ideas like Matt brought up previously.
